A temporary housing unit (ADU) presents the challenge of maximizing the use of limited space and transforming it into a functional and, why not, aesthetically pleasing home. In the Carmel Valley project, we also had to consider how to integrate the new construction with the main house, striving to create a cohesive whole without the ADU becoming visual clutter, but rather an integral part of the existing structure.

We are proud to say that Evergreen treats each project as unique, from its very beginning. This includes municipal paperwork, permits, soil analysis, technical specifications, regulations, discussions with homeowners to understand their wishes and possibilities, design advice, budgeting, and more. We closely monitor the progress of each project, always available and on hand.
